Occupational Therapist | Paediatric Focus | NDIS and Medicare | Sydney

Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days a week) | New grads welcome | $80k to $100k plus superA large, multidisciplinary allied health provider in Sydney is growing, and they are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. The caseload is mostly paediatric, with some adult clients as well. The practice sees NDIS and Medicare clients, and OT sits alongside speech pathology, behaviour therapy, physiotherapy and other allied health services. You won't be working in isolation, and there is always someone down the hall to ask.The RoleWork with a mostly paediatric caseload (around 85% children and 15% adults)Split your time between clinic and community, roughly 60% clinic and 40% community travel (this can shift depending on referrals)Deliver OT to NDIS participants and Medicare clients, in clinic and on home visitsComplete assessments and reports as part of your caseloadWork with speech pathologists, behaviour therapists, physios and other clinicians on shared clientsMeet a target of 25 billable hours per week (pro rata for part time)What We're Looking ForOccupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration (or eligible to register)New graduates are welcome, and paediatric or NDIS experience is a bonusAvailable at least 3 days a weekComfortable with a mix of clinic and community work, including travelling to clientsComfortable working to billable hour targetsGood communication skills with children, families, carers and adult clientsWhat's On OfferSalary of $80k to $100k per annum plus superA quarterly bonus of up to $1,200 (based on full-time hours) for therapists who exceed the 25 hour billable targetFlexibility to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days a weekA mix of clinic and community work, so no two weeks look exactly alikeOpportunities for new graduates as well as experienced therapistsA large multidisciplinary team across multiple clinics, with the network still expandingA diverse client base, with multilingual therapists and interpreter support availableLocationClinics across Greater Sydney, mainly in the south west and Western Sydney.Interested?If this sounds like a good fit, reach out to Camille at camille@mediix.com.au for a confidential chat.
