This is a mobile role working across multiple sites, providing exposure to a diverse range of buildings, systems and equipment within a professional facilities management environment.What's on Offer?Competitive salaryFull-time permanent positionCompany vehicle provided with limited personal useMobile role working across multiple sitesOpportunity to work within a professional facilities management environmentExposure to a diverse range of building systems and equipmentSupportive team environment with career development opportunitiesOn-call allowance and overtime opportunities availableAbout the RoleReporting to the Trades Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing preventative and reactive maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Melbourne.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out general building repairs and maintenance across multiple sitesTravelling between sites to respond to maintenance requirementsTroubleshooting and assisting with repairs to building systems and equipmentCompleting basic plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and electrical maintenanceCarrying out carpentry, painting, patching and general building worksRepairing and replacing ceiling tiles, door hardware and other building finishesResponding promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns and emergency situationsAssisting with preventative maintenance and servicing of building equipmentUsing tools, technology and building management systems to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficientlyWorking across secure facilities and following all site security, access and safety proceduresParticipating in a rotating on-call roster as requiredSupporting the wider facilities team and working across different sites as requiredPlease note this role services a range of secure facilities, including a maximum-security correctional facility, and requires adherence to strict security and operational procedures.About YouWe're looking for a practical, motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.To be successful, you will have:2+ years of relevant experience in a commercial property, facilities or maintenance environmentTechnical, trade, vocational or hands-on maintenance experienceCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and a good driving recordStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to travel between sites, participate in an on-call roster and work overtime when requiredAbility to pass all required background, security and site-specific clearancesThe successful candidate will be required to complete and maintain all relevant checks and clearances for the role.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?At Cushman & Wakefield, you'll be part of a global leader in real estate and facilities management.
