About The RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:Providing and monitoring the care of residentsUsing a systematic approach to clinical decision-makingDeveloping appropriate therapeutic and caring relationshipsCollaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomesParticipating in the development of a supportive environment with the teamTo be successful, you will haveRelevant qualifications and AHPRA registrationMinimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staffStrong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growthWork for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.About this location:Located in Menora - Home to 178 residents approximately 5km from Perth.
