Job Description What is the role?Our Cooks provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. All our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for cooking and the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flairEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures Assist the preparation of ingredients, which includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring food products.Ensure Food Safety protocols are followedKeep all working areas clean and tidy. Cook is required to wash all dishes during service Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned.
